Required Documents:
- Completed application form ( TD Form available at Consulate office or Download Travel Document Form).
- Previous Passport or its photocopy.
- Nepalese Citizenship Certificate with its photocopy (for applicants above 16 years’ age).
- Minor Identity Card (If any) with its photocopy (for applicants below 16 years’ age).
- Birth Registration Certificate with its photocopy (for applicants below 16 years’ age).
- Nepalese Citizenship Certificate (and its photocopy) of Parents (both father and mother of those applicants’ to whom a Nepalese Citizenship has not been granted yet).
- Passport (and its photocopy) of Parents (both father and mother of those applicants’ to whom a Nepalese Citizenship has not been granted yet).
- Marriage Registration Certificate (and its photocopy) of Parents of those applicants’ to whom a Nepalese Citizenship has not been granted yet.
- Any other document as deemed necessary by the Consulate.
- Fee: 400 HKD (Regular Process, 3 working days)
600 HKD (Urgent Process, 1 working day) - Fee paid for Passport and Travel Document is non-refundable.
- Personal cheques and credit/debit cards are not accepted.
- Applicant should be present in person while submitting and receiving the passport/travel document.
