2. 1 copy of the Old Contract
3. Citizenship certificate, Passport and HKID/Visa of the Employee (All Original),
4. Hong Kong ID of the Employer (Original),
5. Address Proof of the Employer
6. 1 passport-sized photo each of Employee and Employer
